Incidentally, the name \u201cO\u00ef\u201d comes from the Russian word \u201ctro\u00efka\u201d, which means \u201ca trio\u201d. And as a trio the designers work on their projects in an interdisciplinary manner. Atelier O\u00ef develops products for brands such as Wogg, Ikea, Swatch, B&#038;B Italia and Desalto; it produces rooms and stage sets, designs private houses, shops and exhibition pavilions, such as the \u201cArteplage de Neuch\u00e2tel\u201d at the Expo.02. The trio designed the Kanta for Dietiker in 2008. In addition to design, architecture and scenography, the firm is also active in the realm of corporate architecture and design. Pragmatic and playful experimentation with materials and technical processes are the trademarks of Atelier O\u00ef. At the same time, rules are repeatedly changed and elements torn from their traditional context in order to reinvent them for modern use.
